A)Minimum charge is 0.3 CMB

 

B) The heaviest weight of 1 cubic meter is 400kg, proportion

calculation: 400/2= 200kg, that is, if 0.5 cubic meter exceeds 200kg, an overweight charge will be charged! Please consult customer service for details

 

C)  Payment shall be made within 3 working days upon we inform shipping price

 

D) We shall not bear the risk of damage and destruction of the goods. Customer shall ask the seller to pack well. All fragile goods shall be properly protected by the seller. We reserves the right to reject any shipment

 

E) All tracking number shall be provided. If the seller delivers goods without authorization or tracks the tracking of the package number, the signed receipt shall be provided for processing. This type of processing is time-consuming

F) Our company has no self-pick-up service, please arrange delivery to warehouse

​

G) All tracking Numbers should be provided accurately. Our company is not responsible for the problems caused by the seller's sub-development/failure to provide tracking Numbers

H) Do not add or subtract goods  after submitting an order. If the receiving address needs to be changed will be extra charges 

​

I) Please ensure supplier clearly remarks the customer code on all packages. Packages without  customer code will be rejected

​

J)Maximum storage time in China warehouse is 7 days, or our company has the right to charge warehousing fees for the extra time

​

K) We do not offer COD

​

L) Max  30 tracking number (rm3/ package will be charged from the 31st),

​

M) All shipments are measured by hand, so there will inevitably be errors, please note

​

N) Delivery time for remote areas may be slower

​

O) If both parties agree on the delivery date, the driver cannot contact the recipient at the time of delivery, 

failure  delivery will be have extra charger for second delivery fee to re-delivery

P)Shipping to bottom floor only, If need driver  to help move the goods or remove the wooden frame, the customer can ask whether the driver is willing to help or not . If there is any extra charge, please contact our company after confirming the charge with the driver (Driver have the right to reject to help)

Q) for overweight/heavy goods or goods that cannot be handled by manpower, please bring your own handling tools

​

R) if the goods are found to be poisonous, guns (including toy guns), inflammable and explosive contraband shall be reported to the public security bureau for handling

​

S) if there is any missing/damaged goods, please check with the delivery driver immediately, and write down the details on the waybill, and  write down the driver mobile phone number and signature

​

Take a picture of the package quantity before signing the waybill, Once the order is signed and pass to the driver, it means that the delivery service has been completed.

 

Sea Shipping is for large cargo transportation  ,if any package is small than 0.1 cmb , we dont bare the loss

 

Photos must clearly show that have been taken to prevent damage to the goods or the carton has been tampered with

 

If there is any problem, please inform us within 3 days after receipt
